I work at the intersection of ideas and real life – as a scholar, a parent, and an educator.
These roles shape how I think, what I study, and how I contribute to education today.
Education has taken different forms depending on where one stands. As a student, a parent, a leader – each position reveals a different truth about what learning is, what it should be, and what gets in the way.
Too often these roles collide. Theory meets practice. Belief meets constraint. Ideal meets reality. Those tensions are not easy, but they are where the most difficult and truth bearing questions begin.
Through lived experiences across schools, systems, and countries, I have learned that education is never just about content or outcomes. It is about people, relationships, contexts, and the choices we make and what truly matters.
My work is a continual pursuit towards that core meaning.

The Lens Behind My Work
I start with curiosity. I question the default stories we inherit about learning, teaching and success.
I distinguish what is deeply understood from what is merely consumed, and design for lasting understanding.
I look at the structures, incentives, and cultures that shape behavior – and explore how systems can be improved.
I see learning as lifelong and a process. It happens in many places, in many ways, across the span of life.
